Silver Sleek

Posted on

An elegant cocktail suit for Fashion Royalty made from a truly unique, textured couture fabric in shades of taupe, fawn brown, and silver. This fabric is some of the most beautiful that I have ever worked with and photos do not do it justice.

To highlight the beauty of the fabric I chose simple silhouettes for the sheath and jacket. The ensemble includes a fitted cocktail sheath with a satin bow at the waist and a cropped jacket with a chocolate brown “fur” collar. Also included is a Swarovski Crystal cocktail ring.

Thank you, this fashion is SOLD!

The suit is $95.00

Imperial Chrysanthemum

Posted on

In Greek the word Chrysanthemum means “Golden Flower.” My latest fashion is subtle and elegant, inspired by the sage greens, dusky purples and gold of the coat fabric, a stylized pattern of chrysanthemum flowers. I was also inspired by this beautiful Imogen, a workshop doll from the Integrity Toys convention, who acts as my model.

I chose to make a simple sheath in iridescent sage green silk taffeta to complement both the coat and its lining of smoky purple silk dupioni. But the sheath needed something to make it pop, so I beaded the neckline with beads in a variety of shades of greens, golds and purples. While the pieces themselves are vintage in shape, the fabrics make them modern and elegant.

I hope that you enjoy this new fashion!

Included is the coat, beaded sheath, headband, “gold” stud earrings and “gold” ring. This fashion was made to fit the tall fashion royalty body, although it may also fit other dolls (perhaps not as well).

The fashion is for sale for $120.00, today only! If it has not sold by this evening, it will go to Ebay. If you are interested in purchasing this fashion, please email me at
