I received a highly anticipated package of new brocades from India a few days ago and couldn’t wait to work with them. These four cocktail sheaths are all made of shimmering, iridescent silk brocades, some woven with gold. All feature waist details in coordinating silks and some element of sparkle, either in the form of beaded shoulders or a Swarovski crystal brooch.
