Polka Dot Party Dress

A strapless party dress in black, red, and white.  The bust of the black silk sweetheart bodice is ornamented with a large red silk bow.  The full skirt is made of black organza with white polka dots and a red embroidered floral hem.  Four layers of dark red shimmer tulle gives volume to the skirt.
