La Pivoine Rose

This style is always a Bellissima Couture favorite, so I will be offering a few in Valentine’s Day colors in the coming weeks. The dropped waist, off the shoulder bodice is made of pale pink silk and has a ruched bust embroidered with tiny pearls and pink beads. The bubble skirt is made of chiffon petals. A pink silk bow belt defines the waist.

This fashion fits Silkstone Barbie, Victoire Roux, and FR2 dolls.

Roses and Lace Coat Ensemble

Victoire prepares for an evening of dancing in this Valentine’s Day ensemble. The coat is a cotton print of a red damask pattern on a rose pink ground. The coat is fully lined in bright red silk and a white rose brooch adds interest to the shawl collar. Pale pink pearl buttons decorate the front. The accompanying strapless cocktail dress is made from bright red silk overlaid with white lace. A band and bow detail defines the bust.

Love Story Coat Ensemble

Barbie is ready for a Valentine’s Day lunch with someone special in this charming coat ensemble. The coat is made from a cotton print of Valentine patchwork patterns in red and shades of pink. The coat is fully lined in white silk and pearl buttons decorate the front. The accompanying sheath dress is made of white cotton with complementary polka dots in pink and red. A slouchy beret in the polka dotted cotton has a jaunty bow in red and white checked silk.

Kuss-Walzer Gown (The “Kiss Waltz”)

It is a tradition on New Year’s Day for the Vienna Philharmonic to perform the waltzes of Johann Strauss. Victoire attends the concert ready for dancing, and perhaps a stolen kiss, in a shining white silk gown with a white silk organza over skirt embroidered with pink blooms. A wide cummerbund of pale pink silk defines the waist.

This fashion fits Silkstone Barbie and Victoire Roux. It will also fit taller dolls like FR2 dolls, but will be shorter.
