The lovely new Looks Aplenty Poppy Parker from Integrity Toys is the model for my newest fashion, this cocktail dress in Liberty of London “Mitsi.” The fabric is dark red with white flowers and wine colored leaves. Each flower bears a lime green center, picked up in the green belt buckle that sits above the waist. The extra full skirt has layers of green tulle for additional volume.
