A lavish multi piece set of mix and match pieces in complementary fabrics. It is hand beaded throughout. The set is one of a kind.

The luxurious evening coat is covered in regal peacocks in shades of copper and cream. All the peacock tails have been hand beaded with gold micro sequins, beads, and crystals. It features a Maru collar anchored on either side with a faceted coral bead. The coat is fully lined in peach silk and sports crystal buttons.

The accompanying strapless sheath is made from the same silk as the lining of the coat, and is overlaid with gold lace.

The beaded sheath is in a print similar to the peacock print of the evening coat. The autumn tones of the coat fabric have progressed towards winter in the sheath, with deeper shades and even gold snowflakes announcing the coming winter. The neckline of the sheath is richly beaded in a mixture of seed beads, semi precious stones, and crystals.

Greetings from Bellissima Couture! It’s been quite a long time since you have heard from me regularly. First, I was making fashions for the Barbie Convention for several months. Then, I contracted Covid at the end of the Convention. I have been sick with Covid and other secondary infections, for 6 weeks now. I haven’t been able to sew. The fashions I have been listing are left over from the Convention.

I have a half dozen commissions to finish up, but I’ve decided to make a change in how I do things. From this point, I will no longer be accepting commissions. I also will not be making multiples of fashions. It is my hope that by making these changes, I can relieve a great deal of stress in my life and prevent long wait times for commissions in yours.
