The color Radiant Orchid is the Pantone color of 2014 and inspired this special outfit. It is also the last of the “eyelash” border of this exquisite metallic Alençon lace that I bought in Paris last Spring. I only have enough to make two, so this is it!
The strapless corset top is in Radiant Orchid silk and has a removable belt with a Swarovski crystal bow and pearl accent. The skirt has a dropped waist in Radiant Orchid and flares into a divine full skirt of multiple layers of silver sparkle tulle and purple tulle, both with a scalloped edge. The overlay of the skirt is fabulous purple Alençon or “eyelash” lace highlighted with silver.

so striking, this shade is beautiful, I could stare at pantone colors all day long. There are some great pics posted to pinterest that showcase color schemes together, not sure if you have seen these, but so inspiring. You find the most amazing fabrics.♥
