Dior’s Red Rose

A striking silhouette in beautiful red silk taffeta, this fashion is inspired by a gown designed by Christian Dior in the 1950s.  The strapless, dropped-waist bodice blossoms into an extravagant bubble skirt.  On the back of the skirt is an enormous handmade Dior rose.  The bustline is defined by a band and flat bow.
