When I was a little girl my mother had a long quilted patchwork hostess skirt that she wore at the holidays. When I saw this charming fabric of vintage Christmas postage stamps, I was reminded of that skirt and made this hostess gown. The gown is tea length and slit on one side to reveal the pine green silk pants underneath. A red silk hand fringed sash adds drama.
This fashion fits most 1/6 scale dolls, although the pants may not fit FR2 bodies or Severine. Please let me know if you would like the fashion to fit these dolls and I will adjust them accordingly.
