I was very drawn to the colors of this fabric; a deep teal blue/green with an abstract foliage design in dark blue with pops of sulfur yellow. Although the suit is a classic 1950s silhouette, the fabric makes it modern. The jacket has bracelet length sleeves, a nipped in waist and moderate peplum. The broad collar is decorated with a sparkly owl brooch. Teal pearl buttons decorate the front. A sulfur yellow silk bow belt defines the waist. A pencil skirt finishes off this classic suit.
