I just returned from a wonderful week in New York City attending the first ever OOAK Doll Festival. This event was organized by Rocky Schmidt, Mario and Gianni of Magia 2000, and Nik and Marie of Ninimomo. The theme of the convention was a celebration of the collectors and creators of one of a kind dolls, clothes, and miniatures. Both Rebecca Berry of Inside the Fashion Doll Studio, and Rogier Corbeau of Dutch Fashion Doll World, have been covering this event on their blogs, so I wanted to refer you there for all the best coverage and photos.
