This is for all of my friends and family in the snowy northeast. We had a beautiful, windswept day with scudding clouds and moments of bright sunshine. This inspired me to make the sunniest, springiest dress I could. The gown has an off the shoulder bodice and ruched bust in bright yellow silk, embroidered with tiny pearls. A beautiful lace skirt in palest green with flowers embroidered in brilliant and pale yellow is given fullness from 8 layers of yellow tulle. A bow belt in yellow silk defines the waist. Also included is a floral crown and yellow freesia plant in a terracotta pot.
