Last night’s episode of Mad Men had me scrambling for my sketch book and a pencil, particularly when Joan entered the scene. In her first scene, she wore a sheath dress with cap sleeves and a slashed neckline. A bow was placed at the bottom of the slashed neckline. I chose to use this abstract print of red roses for my homage to her dress, because red roses always remind me of Joan. She wears a lot of red on the show, and has even worn a black dress with red roses in a previous season.
