Bubble Dress in Liberty of London Phoebe

Posted on

Inspired by print impressions found at Liberty’s Merton print works, the Phoebe fabric design was first printed as a scarf in 1966 and has been included as a regular pattern in  Classic Tana Lawn in a variety of colorways since 2002.  This colorway is perfect for a summer day, with shades of coral, pear green, turquoise, and French blue.  The dropped waist, off the shoulder bodice has a ruched bust embroidered with coral and pear green beads.  The skirt is a voluminous bubble.  A coral pink silk bow belt defines the waist.

This fashion fits Silkstone Barbie (Classic and Articulated), Victoire Roux, and FR2
