The tenth gown in a series honoring my mother Nancy and her love of flowers. The gown is a classic combination of navy blue tulle with pink roses. The strapless bodice has a peplum silhouette and is made from navy blue silk taffeta. The voluminous skirt is made from 8 layers of soft vintage navy tulle. Encased in the tulle are roses in various shades of pink, with a line of glossy green leaves along the bottom. A sprinkling of pink Swarovski crystals adds sparkle.
